1. Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quick Developers regarding your access to and use of the CHANDHA mobile application. By accessing the application, you agree to comply with all of these terms.

2. User Registration & Eligibility

To use CHANDHA as an administrator or committee member, you must register using a valid mobile phone number and verify ownership via SMS OTP. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are liable for all actions performed under your account.

3. Financial Management Tool Status

CHANDHA is a reporting and financial ledger management tool. It does not operate as a licensed bank, wallet provider, or payment gateway. All physical cash collection and digital peer-to-peer transfers are executed offline. CHANDHA registers records of these offline transactions to facilitate accounting. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of entered records.

4. Prohibited Activities

As a user of the application, you agree not to:

• Upload false, forged, or altered bills, invoices, or donation records.
• Use the application to collect funds for illegal purposes or unauthorized commercial activities.
• Attempt to bypass security features, reverse engineer the source code, or disrupt the operation of database APIs.
• Post vulgar, abusive, or inappropriate text or images within festival details, descriptions, or comments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content inside the CHANDHA application (including branding, graphics, user interface layouts, logos, and taglines) is the exclusive intellectual property of Quick Developers and is protected under national and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Quick Developers or the contributors of the CHANDHA application be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from accounting discrepancies, disputes between committee members, loss of data, or operational downtime of our server API.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
