All contributions (Chandha) registered via the CHANDHA application represent voluntary donations made by community members directly to their respective local festival committees. Quick Developers does not collect, hold, or process these funds directly.
Because collections are distributed locally for immediate festival expenditures (such as decorations, sound, food, and security arrangements), all donations are considered final and non-refundable once registered and acknowledged by the committee.
In the event of an accounting entry error (for example, entering a donation of ₹10,000 instead of ₹1,000), the donor must contact the respective festival committee president or treasurer directly to adjust the offline transaction records. The committee members can then void or edit the entry within the CHANDHA app ledger to reflect the correct value.
